Washington’s Family and Medical Leave Insurance program – Would you support assuring that benefit payments under Washington’s Family and Medical Leave Insurance program can begin by October 2012, implementing a worker-paid payroll tax to finance the program, expanding the program to include a worker’s own disabling condition and caring for a seriously ill family member, and pursuing the possibility of federal funds to assist states with implementation costs?
